This module covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours in relation to organisational culture and strategy including how they are developed, communicated, delivered and adapted to meet the flexible needs of the organisation

Building a High Performance Team
This module covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours in relation to building a high-performance team by setting a good example including people and team management models, learning styles, setting goals, negotiation and influencing skills, providing feedback and building trust

Communication
This module covers the knowledge and skills in relation to different forms of communication, including their application, providing feedback, holding challenging conversations and rapport building.

Problem Solving
This module covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours in relation to your accountability for creative problem-solving, including managing stakeholder and customer relationships, implementing operational plans, managing resources, decision making and adapting to change

Data Analysis
This module covers the knowledge and skills in relation to data analysis including data management, using data to support decision making, the use of technologies and creating reports

Team Building and Development
This module covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours in relation to team building and development including leadership styles, coaching, cross-team working, delivering organisational objectives, supporting team development, managing change, work allocation, the effective use of resources and driving to achieve

Project Management
This module covers the knowledge and skills in relation to project management including the project lifecycle, roles, managing resources and risks, monitoring progress and using project management tools.

Organisational Governance
This module covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours in relation to organisation governance including compliance with legal requirements, HR systems, performance management, organisational values and budget controls.

Managing Self
This module covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours in relation to self-management including self-awareness, unconscious bias, inclusivity, management techniques and tools, self-reflection, seeking feedback creating your personal development plan and time and workload management

End Point Assessment
Presentation with questions and answers
You will be required to prepare and deliver a presentation on a topic that you have covered within your Apprenticeship.
The presentation should provide a summary of your role as a team leader and what you do, and how this is relevant to your role and organization. On the assessment day, 20 minutes will be assigned to the Presentation and 30 minutes to the Questions and Answers.
Professional Discussion supported by a portfolio of evidence
The Professional Discussion will be set up to bring out the best of your skills and knowledge. It will cover the KSBs
assigned to this assessment method. It will be a two-way conversation between you and the IEA, encouraging you to
share your own work and experiences. Duration 60 minutes
